This Autumn, we marry smartly tailored pieces with casual ease to create the perfect transitional wardrobe. The season’s focus is heavy on texture, mixed prints, and infusion of color with inspiration from Linda McCartney’s Life in Photographs, Sonia Delaunay’s masterful block prints and the leading men of the Silent Generation. Colorblocking and tribal prints share the spotlight until the weather cools down, when plaid blazers, military-inspired parkas and argyle accessories emerge to give the collection an autumnal edge. Accessories keep a vintage feel with long, tarnished necklaces, silk scarves and chocolate-colored clutches. For men, timeless blazers, cable-knit wools and lightweight tweeds remain at the heart of the collection, but their cozy fabrics generate a casual vibe, perfect for dressing up or down.
